Low-cost domain e-mail hosting

Reporting Spam

NICForce, like all domain registrars and domain registration providers, does not have the authority or the ability to take action against domain registrations in response to spam complaints. Our contractual obligations to Tucows/OpenSRS and to ICANN do not provide any mechanism for assisting you in stopping spam related to a domain registered by NICForce.

Spam complaints should be addressed to the company/companies providing web hosting, DNS, and/or e-mail services to the offending domain. Complaints should not be addressed to domain registration providers.

We recommend SpamCop as the easiest and most effective means of directing your complaints to the appropriate parties.

Please understand that this policy should in no way imply that TNSGroup/NICForce condones or supports the practice of spam. We hate it just as much as you do. We are simply not able to take action against domains registered through our system, and are thus not an appropriate recipient of spam complaints.

What about False WHOIS Information?

All domain registrants accept certain terms and conditions when they register their domains. Among those terms is the following:

REVOCATION. Your wilful provision of inaccurate or unreliable information, your wilful failure promptly to update information provided to us, or your failure to respond for over fifteen calendar days to inquiries by us concerning the accuracy of contact details associated with the your registration shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and be a basis for cancellation of the SLD registration."

NICForce does not have the capability to enforce this policy directly. However, Tucows/OpenSRS, as the official registrar, does. Complaints related to invalid domain record information (or other violations of ICANN requirements) should be addressed to compliance@opensrs.org.
